8. Ringing tones and vibrator
Setting the low battery tone
RNG & BEEP/BEEPS/BATT. BEEP
This menu allows your phone to emit a
warning beep when the battery is low:
Display ACTIVE with the scrolling arrows,
then validate.
8.7 Deleting DTMF tones
RNG & BEEP/SEND DTMF
This menu allows you to disable the
transmission of DTMF tones during a
conversation. You can therefore enter a
number to be memorized in the phone book
conveniently and discreetly.
Select ACTIVE or INACTIVE by pressing
the scrolling arrows, then validate.
You can select the
tones produced by
your keypad: Beep,
DTMF (musical
keys) or non active
tones (in this last
case, when you
press your
keyboard, it does not
make a noise).
8.5 Setting the timer
RNG & BEEP/TIMER
The same procedure is applied as
for the alarm function, but in this
case you start a time clock running
against a defined value. The phone
must remain switched on.
8.6 Setting the beeps
Setting the keypad tones
RNG & BEEP/BEEPS/KEY. TONE
Choose the required tone by
pressing the scrolling arrows,
then validate.
Setting the network tone
RNG & BEEP/BEEPS/NETW. BEEP
This menu allows your phone to
emit a warning beep when it finds
a network on which it may operate:
Display ACTIVE with the scrolling
arrows, then validate.
