3. Use the navigation key to display the various Send
Options
for each menu item.
4. When the desired send option is highlighted, press
to confirm the selection or to enter the send option’s
sub menu.
Receive text messages
When you receive a message in standby mode, the ringer
sounds, (unless turned off), and
New Message appears in the
display along with the closed envelope icon ( ). The date
and time of the message also appear in the display.
• Press the left soft key ( ) Ignore to return your phone
to standby mode. The message is saved to your inbox
where you can view it later.
• Press the right soft key ( ) View to open the message,
where you have the option to
Reply, Forward, Delete, Save
Text
, Save Msg, Save Address, or Block Address.
Receive messages while in a call
When you receive a message while in a call, New Message
appears in the display along with the closed envelope icon
( ). You can view the message without disconnecting
your call.
1. Press the left soft key ( ) Ignore to ignore the
message. The message is saved to your inbox where
you can view it later.
2. Press the right soft key ( ) View to open the message,
your call remains connected.
