Section 11: Music Player
This section describes how to use the Music Player to play downloaded music files.
Music Player
The Music Player allows you to play music files stored on the phone.
Important!:
You must create and organize your playlist before you get started. The following characters cannot be used in
the filename: < > “ ? / \ : * |
When you first view the application, the Music library screen displays the following:
All tracks
Playlists
Artists
Albums
Recently played
From the initial screen you can either access the music tracks, playlists, artists, Albums, or Recently played simply
by touching one of the categories. You can also configure your settings for the music player from this screen. For
more information, refer to “Music Player Settings” on page 130.
Music Player Settings
The Music Player Settings menu allows you to set preferences for the music player such as whether you want the
music to play in the background, sound effects, and how the music menu displays.
1. In Idle mode, touch Menu Settings Application settings Music player.
The Settings screen displays.
