Fitness application
Step counter, calorie counter, laps,
speed, advanced calibration, fitness
options
The Fitness application keeps track of
personal performance, such as
distance, speed, and step count.
Walking
The walking function counts the
number of steps taken during the day
and calculates the total distance
covered. The step count icon ( )
indicates steps.
Using the step count
The step count is on by default, unless
you turn it off.
To use the step count
1 From standby select Menu } Fitness
} Settings } Step count.
2 Select an option.
Resetting the step count
The step count automatically resets at
midnight or you can reset the counter
manually % 61 Time and date.
To reset the step count
From standby select Menu } Fitness
} Walking } Reset } Yes.
Running
The running function measures the
distance, time and speed of a session.
For increased accuracy on the
distance traveled, add personal data
or calibrate the phone. You can
calculate calories burned by entering
personal data % 48 Personal data.
To start a running session
1 From standby select Menu } Fitness
} Running } Start.
2 Start running after the final countdown
sound.
To stop a running session
Press Pause } Stop.
