Use Your Smartphone
Maps App
You can use the GPS feature on your device to search for a location and then view it on a map to
see where you need to go.
From the home screen, tap to open Maps.
Tap for settings
and options
To zoom, slide
two fingers
together and
apart, or
double-tap
To pan a zoomed
map, slide your
finger on the
screen
Enter an address
or a descriptive
word, such as
"coffee" or
"hospital”
Find your favorites,
recent places, and
contacts’ places
See places as pins
on the map
Note: Before using Maps, you need to enable location services. Swipe down from the top of the home
screen, tap > Location Services, and then tap the Location Services switch to turn it On.
