2.6 Import your Contacts from Microsoft Outlook
• Launch Microsoft Outlook, have Join Me running and connect your handset.
• Note: at the end of the import process Outlook can shut down. Please save any
information beforehand.
• Make sure you are on the Phonebook tab in Join Me. Right click on the Contacts area and
select Import From Microsoft Outlook.
• The following fields are imported from Outlook to Join Me as below:
