2. To tag text as conditional, select the text and choose Special>Conditional Text>Apply
Conditional Text. In the Conditional Text dialog, double-click a condition tag name to
move it to the “In:” list, and click Apply. You may apply multiple conditions to a block
of text. Text that is common to all versions of a document is called unconditional.
3. Click Manage Tag to display a dialog in which you can modify condition indicators.
Select the tag you wish to modify, and click Edit.
4. Condition indicators include colors and special formatting features, such as overline
and strikethrough, so that you can easily recognize the text associated with each
version.
