4.1.9. Map Descriptor Example 6: Run-Stop PLC:
Defining this Map Descriptor Driver can change the PLC mode to STOP (Program), MONITOR or RUN mode. The
Driver issues a change mode command to the PLC whenever the value at the declared offset is updated.
