Stove Leg Installation (Brass # 99200500, Cast Black # 99200800, Black Steel # 99200100)
Raise the stove 8" (use lumber). Attach each leg following the instructions below.
Attach each leg to the stove by
inserting a bolt and washer through the
hole or slot in the leg and into the
threaded hole on the stove.
9/16" Socket Wrench
These rubber-tipped bolts are for leveling the stove.
Make sure they contact the floor. Do not adjust
with weight on the legs, the rubber tips may tear.
Pedestal (Part # 99200106)
IIf using outside air with the pedestal, follow the directions below under "Using Outside Air with the
Pedestal" prior to installing the pedestal.
Use a 9/16" wrench to attach the two
pedestal bolts to the bottom of the stove.

pedestal to the

Using Outside Air with the Pedestal
Before installing, check the section "Outside Air Requirements" on page 11 for installation concerns.
1. Determine the location of the outside air hole penetrating the floor (& hearth). The illustration
above details the size of pedestal and its location in relation to the stove. The hole may be cut
anywhere underneath the pedestal, as long as it is not within 2" of the outside perimeter of the
pedestal, is at least 16 square inches in area, and does not interfere with structural members of
the home. Place the rodent screen over the hole (above or below) and secure with staples.
