WALL JAMBS INSTALLATION
Shower without roof (100135):
• File the underneath of the wall jambs (F) so that they
adapt perfectly to the curve of the floor (ideally, a
radius of 5/8”)

Shower with roof (100134):
• File the top and underneath of the wall jambs (F) so
that they will adapt perfectly to the curve of the
floor and the roof (ideally, a radius of 5/8”)

• Place the wall jambs, the drilled side inside, 1/4”
from the side of the unit (
Fig. 4a) and leveled Fig.
4d
. With a pencil, mark the placement ot the holes.
Remove the wall jambs.
• Drill a hole in the acrylic using a 1/8” drill bit.
• Apply silicone to the backside of the wall jambs
(
Fig. 4c) and screw them in place with #8 1 1/4”
screws (K).

Douche sans toit (100135):
• Limer le bas des montants muraux (F) afin qu’ils
s’adaptent parfaitement à la courbe du plancher
(idéalement, un rayon de 5/8”).

• Limer le haut et le bas des montants muraux (F) afin
qu’ils s’adaptent parfaitement aux courbes du plancher
et du toit (idéalement, un rayon de 5/8”).

• Placer les montants muraux, le côté percé à l’intérieur,
à 1/4” du rebord de l’unité (
Fig. 4a) et les mettre de
niveau
Fig. 4d. Marquer au crayon l’emplacement des
trous. Retirer les montants muraux.
• Percer l’acrylique avec une mèche de 1/8” aux
endroits marqués plus tôt.
• Mettre de la silicone derrière les montants muraux (
Fig.
4c) et les visser en place avec les vis #8 x 1 1/4“ (K).

Ducha sin techo (100135):
• Lijar el extremo inferior de las jambas (F) de modo
que se acoplen perfectamente a la curva del suelo
(lo ideal es un radio de 5/8”).

• Lijar el extremo superior e inferior de las jambas (F)
de modo que se acoplen perfectamente a las
curvas del suelo y del techo (lo ideal es un radio
de 5/8”.

• Colocar las jambas, el lado agujereado hacia el
interior, a 1/4” del reborde de la unidad y nivelarlas

agujeros. Retirar las jambas.
• Perforar de antemano la placa acrilica con broca de 1/8”.
• Extender silicona detrás de las jambas (
Fig. 4c) y
fijarlas en su sitio con tornillos #8 x 1 1/4” (K).
