3. Press the Yes key.
4. Press the Quick Dial key you wish to
program the Group Dial in, then press
the Yes key.
5. Either:
❐ If you wish program a label: Press
the Yes key.
❐ If you do not wish to program a la-
bel: Press the No Key, then go to
step 8.
6. Enter a label for this Group using the
Quick Dial keys. Example: EUROPE
BRANCH
7. Press the Yes key. If the display is not
as opposite, press the Yes key again.
8. Enter a number that you wish to store in
this group. For example:
❐ Quick Dial 08 : Press the Quick
Dial 08 key.
❐ Speed Dial 10: Press the Speed
Dial key and 1,0 using the ten key-
pad.
❐ Full number: Input it using the key-
pad on the operation panel.
9 Press the Yes key.
10.Either:
❐ Input another number: Go to step 8.
❐ Print a list of Group Dial Numbers: Press the key.
❐ Finish storing numbers in this group: Press the No key and the Function
key.
Editing Group Dial
1. Press the Function Key and 3,3 using
the ten keypad, then press the Yes key.
❐ At this time, you can print a Group Dial list be
pressing the key then press the Start key.
