Manual Conventions
The following conventions are used in this manual:
Courier indicates information you must type or which
displays on screen.
↵ indicates that you need to press the Return key
on a Macintosh or the Enter key on a PC.
Note: indicates additional or emphasized information.
Caution: indicates instructions that must be followed
exactly to avoid damage to files or equipment.
Warning! indicates instructions that must be followed
exactly or personal injury can occur.

steps in procedures
