Calling for Service
If the problem persists, contact the Xerox Welcome Centre or
your local representative. The serial number of the machine
will be required, together with any relevant error codes
For information on locating the serial number, please refer to
Customer Support on page 1-4.
Displaying Error Codes
Press the [Stop] and the number 8 key at the same time to
display the Error Code.
The Error Code indicates the location of the fault - refer to page
6-9 in this section.
