Transport jams
in main body
E01 Paper jam inside the machine. Open the side cover and exit cover
and remove any jammed paper. Also
if you have a job separator or an
offset catch tray open the cover and
remove any jammed paper. Close all
covers.
E02 Paper jam near the Fuser Unit. Open the side cover of the copier and
remove the jammed paper. Also if
you have a job separator or an offset
catch tray open the cover and
remove any jammed paper. Close all
covers.
E03 Paper remaining inside the
machine at power on (except
for ADF).
Open the side cover and exit cover
and remove any jammed paper. Also
if you have an ADU (Auto Duplex
unit), a job separator, or an offset
catch tray, open the cover and
remove any jammed paper. Open the
side cover of the Paper Feed
Processor (tray 2) and remove any
jammed paper. Close all covers.
