Touch menu key then select
My Stuff from Multimedia Tab.
Touch My sounds.
Select Default sounds or
Download sound.
Select a sound.
You can use the sound by
selecting Use as menu.
Choose from Voice ringtone,
Video ringtone or Message
tone.

The My videos folder shows a list of
