Drafts: If you don’t have time to finish writing a e-mail, you can save
what you have written so far in here.

Outbox: This is a temporary storage folder while e-mail are being sent
or stores the messages that are failed to sent.

Sentbox: Copies of all the e-mail you send are kept into your Sent
folder.

Trash: The e-mail you remove are placed into your Trash. (POP3/Push
account)
Changing your email settings
1. Touch the Menu key, choose E-mail > Options > Mailbox > Accounts.
2. Select Options then Email Settings from options then you can adapt
the following settings:

Email Accounts: You can edit e-mail account settings.
Ƭ
Default Email: Choose which account to compose e-mail by default.
Ƭ
Show Predictive Address List: Choose whether or not to be shown
about Predictive Address List.
Ƭ
New Email Notification: Choose whether or not to be alerted to new
emails.
Ƭ
Signature: Create an email signature and switch this feature on.
