Using Phone Menus
NOTE : If you receive the same message twice, your
phone deletes the older one and the new one is stored as a
Duplicate.
1. Voice Mail
Allows you to view new voice messages recorded in the
voice mail box. When you have a new voice message,
your phone will alert you.
Checking Your Voice Mail Box

Press to listen to the message(s).

Press Left Soft Key Clear to delete information, and
then select Clear Count.
2. New Message
Allows you to send text messages, EMS messages,
pages and e-mail transmissions. Each message has a
destination (Address 1) and information (Message). These
are dependent upon the type of message you want to
send.
The basics of sending a Text Message
1. Press , , .
2. Enter the phone number of the recipient or the e-mail
address for an e-mail message.
3. Press .
NOTE
: To send a page, press Left Soft Key Send now.
4. Press to access the message screen.
5. Type your message (text or e-mail) then press .
6. Press Left Soft Key Send.
A confirmation message is displayed.
