Your device supports the sending of text messages beyond the
character limit for a single message. Longer messages are sent
as a series of two or more messages. Verizon Wireless may
charge accordingly. Characters that use accents or other
marks, and characters from some language options, take up
more space, limiting the number of characters that can be sent
in a single message.
Write and Send a Text Message
1. Press the ( ) key (MENU), and scroll to Messaging.
2. To write a new text message, press ( ) New Message,
and then press ( ) TXT Message.
3. Select a recipient from the contact list or enter the number.
4. To move to the Text: field, press the ( ) key. Compose a
message using the Alphanumeric keypad.
5. To send the message, press the ( ) key (SEND).
Picture or Video Message
The wireless network may limit the size of picture and video
messages. If the inserted picture exceeds this limit, the device
may make it smaller so that it can be sent.
A picture or video message can contain text and objects such
as pictures, sound clips, or video clips.
