Copyright protections may prevent
some images, music (including
ringing tones), and other content
from being copied, modified,
transferred or forwarded.
Camera
You can take photos or record
video clips with the built-in 2-
megapixel camera. The camera
produces images in .jpg format
and video clips in .3gp format. You
can digitally zoom up to eight
times.
When taking and using images or
video clips, obey all laws and
respect local customs as well as
privacy and legitimate rights of
others.
Take an image
To open the camera viewfinder,
select Menu > Media > Camera.
If Video is selected as the default
mode, scroll left or right.
To zoom in or out, scroll up or
down.
To take an image, select Capture.
Select Options to set Night mode
on if the lighting is dim, Self-
timer on to activate the self-
timer, Img. sequence on to take
up to 8 images in a fast sequence.
The higher the resolution, the
fewer images you can take
sequentially.
Select Options > Settings >
Image preview time and a
preview time to display the taken
images on the display. During the
preview time, select Back to take
another image or Send to send the
image as a multimedia message.
The phone saves the image in
Gallery > Images.
To take another photo, select
Back. To send the image as a
multimedia message, select
Options > Send.
This device supports an image
capture resolution of 1600 x 1200
pixels. The image resolution in
these materials may appear
different.
Record a video clip
Select Menu > Media > Camera.
To select the video mode, scroll
left or right. To pause the
recording, select Pause; to resume
