R These and other problems may occur if there is a problem with
the quality of your wireless router’s signals.
→Refer to the operating instructions supplied with your
wireless router and change its channel setting.
→If the problem continues, refer to the following.
R A microwave oven or other device that generates electrical
radiation is interfering with the signals from your wireless
router.
→Reposition your wireless router, smartphone, or the
interfering device.
→Do not use the interfering device while you are using the
app.
R Several other devices (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
are accessing your wireless network at the same time.
→Wait and try again later.
R There are many other wireless networks in close proximity to
yours.
→Reposition your wireless router.
R Objects such as walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, etc. are
obstructing, reflecting, or absorbing wireless network signals.
→Reposition your wireless router or smartphone.
→Move any objects that may be causing the signal
degradation.
