In Menu mode, select

Scroll through the world map and select a time zone

Stopwatch
In Menu mode, select

Stopwatch.
Press <

Start> to begin the stopwatch.
Press the Conrm key to record lap times.

When you are nished, press <

Stop>.
Press <

Reset> to clear recorded times.
While recording the lap times, the interval between
lap times is recorded. To check the interval, select
Lap.
