Email
(Menu 5.3)
You can send and receive e-mails that include text,
audio, and images. To use this feature, you need to
subscribe to an e-mail service and set up your e-mail
profile and account.

Creating an e-mail
1. From the
Email
menu, select
Create
.
2. Select the
Subject
line and enter the subject of
your e-mail.
3. Select the
Message
line and enter the e-mail text.
4. Select the
File attach
line.
5. Add
Images
,
Videos
,
Music
, or
Sound
.
6. Press <
Options
> to access the following options:
•
Add:
adds a subject, text, or media files.
•
Edit:
edits the subject or text.
•
View:
displays the attached file.
•
Save Email:
saves the e-mail in the
Draft
or
My folder
box.
•
Clear subject
/
message:
clears the subject or
text.
•
Remove attachment
: delete the selected
attachment.
•
Remove all attachments
: delete all
attachments.
7. When you finish, press <
Options
> and select
Send
.
8. Enter an e-mail address.
To send the e-mail to more than one recipient,
press [Down] and fill in additional destination
fields.
9. Press <
Options
> and select
Send
.
Viewing received e-mails
1. From the
Email
menu, select
Inbox
.
2. Select
Check new mail
to get new mails from
your server.
The phone checks for new e-mails and retrieves
received e-mails. The icons tell you the status of
each e-mail:
• retrieved from the e-mail server
• retrieved e-mail with attachment.
• not retrieved
