Viewing sent or saved e-mails
1. From the
Email
menu, select
Outbox
,
Draft
, or
My folder
.
2. Select an e-mail.
While viewing the e-mail list, press <
Options
> to
access the following options:
•
View
: open the e-mail.
•
Send
: send or resends the e-mail.
•
Cancel
:(for
outbox
) stop sending the e-mail.
•
Edit
: edit the e-mail.
•
Delete
: delete the e-mail.
•
Delete all
: delete all e-mails.
•
Sort
: sort the e-mails by size, subject, date, or
senders’ e-mail addresses.
•
Properties
: display the properties of the e-mail.
While reading a message, press <
Options
> to access
the following options:
•
Open file
: open the attached file.
•
Save file
: save the attached file in your phone’s
memory.
•
Cancel
:(for
outbox
) stop sending the e-mail.
•
Send
: send or resent the e-mail.
•
Edit
: edit the e-mail.
•
Delete
: delete the e-mail.
•
Cut address
: (for
My folder
) extract e-mail
addresses, URLs, and phone numbers.
