Speed dial

You can assign up to 8 phone numbers from your
Phonebook list that you use most frequently to the
number keys (
2
to
9
), and then dial them easily
whenever you want, simply by pressing and holding
the associated number key.
Setting up speed dial entries
1. Select the key to which you wish to assign the
speed dialling number, from the
2
to
9
keys, and
press the
OK
soft key or the Centre key.
Note
: Memory location 1 is reserved for your voice
mail server number.
If you have already assigned a number to the
key, the
Options
soft key replaces the
OK
soft
key.
2. Select a name from the Phonebook list and
press the
View
soft key or the Centre key.
3. Select a number, if the name has more than
one, by pressing the Up or Down key and press
the
Select
soft key or the Centre key.
Once you have assigned a number to the key, you
can access the following options by pressing the
Options
soft key or the Centre key:
Change
: allows you to assign a different number to
the key.
Delete
: allows you to clear the setting so that no
number is assigned to the key.
