Creating the To do list
1. Press the
New
soft key or the Centre key.
2. Enter the first task.

: For further details about how to enter
characters, see page 34.
3. Press the
OK
soft key or the Centre key.
4. Select a priority level of
High
,
Normal
, or
Low
by pressing the Up or Down key and press the
Select
soft key or the Centre key.
5. Enter your deadline and press the
OK
soft key or
the Centre key.
If you do not want to set a deadline, press the
Skip
soft key.
Editing the To do list
When you select the
To
do
list
menu, the tasks
display with a check mark, if the task has been
done, and a priority level indicator; for High,
for Normal, and for Low.
Scroll to a task on the list and press the Centre key
to view the details for the task. You can scroll
through other tasks by pressing the Up or Down
key, if necessary.
To change the status of a specific task as completed
as of the current time and date, press the key to
mark the task.
Press the
Options
soft key to access the following
options:
New
: allows you to create a new task.
