Download data for expanding GPS
navigation
You can expand your navigation to area where
cellular networks are not accessible. First,
download a GPS
+ data file.
1. In Standby mode, press [ ] →
Applications → GPS
+.
2. Press <Yes> to connect to the server.
3. Press <OK> and select a default access
point.
4. Select Download data → <Yes>.
You incur addition charges for accessing
the web and downloading data.
Navigation
You can use the Samsung mobile navigator to
show your position and navigate a way. This
feature is available only if supported by your
service provider. For details, see the quick start
guide of the mobile navigator.
In Standby mode, press [ ] → Applications
→ Navigation.
Landmarks
With Landmarks, you can save your current
location or manually enter new locations.
1. In Standby mode, press [ ] → Tools →
Landmarks.
2. Press <Options> → New landmark →
Current position or Enter manually.
To add your current location automatically,
your device must have an active connection.
