Viewing New Messages
• Text Effect: allows you to set the color, size and style for the text.
• Clear Sound: clears the sound selected in the audio field.
• Delete Page: deletes a page from your message.
• Save Message: saves the message to Drafts folder.
• Settings: allows you to select a Priority, Validity Period, Delivery After, Delivery
Report, Read Reply.
10. Using the Up or Down Navigation key, highlight Message and press the
Add soft key to add a message. Enter the text and press the Opt. or the
key. Select Done to complete the text entry or select Templates to add text
from the 10 default templates.
11. Press the Opt. soft key to display the following options:
•Preview: allows you to preview the message before sending.
•Send: allows you to send the message
• Add Page: allows you to additional pages to your message.
•Page Timing: allows you to set the time (in seconds) a page is displayed.
• Text Effect: allows you to set the color, size and style for the text.
• Clear Message: clears the message selected in the audio field.
• Delete Page: deletes a page from your message.
• Save Message: saves the message to Drafts folder.
• Settings: allows you to select a Priority, Validity Period, Delivery After, Delivery
Report, Read Reply.
12. When you have finished creating the messages, press the Opt. soft key
and highlight the Send menu option. Press the Select soft key or the
key.
13. The Send screen displays, press the Options soft key. Choose from the
Number, E-mail, or Contacts.
14. When you have finished entering destination numbers, press the Send
key.
Viewing New Messages
Text and multimedia messages are transferred directly to your phone and are stored
in the respective Inbox. Your phone alerts you to new messages.
Viewing a New Multimedia Message
When a new Multimedia message comes in, the display shows the Multimedia
Message icon ( ) and a text notification along with the sender’s number.
1. Press the View soft key to view brief information about the message, such
as the sender’s number, the message size, and the subject.
