To remove the SIM and memory card cover

Insert the tip of your finger firmly into the opening between the SIM and
memory card cover and the bottom of the phone, then lift up the cover.
Do not use sharp objects that may damage parts of the phone.
To remove the micro SIM card

Turn off your phone.

Remove the SIM and memory card cover.
3
Push the micro SIM card inwards, then release it and draw it out of its slot.
To remove the memory card
1
Turn off the phone.
2
Remove the SIM and memory card cover.
3
Press against the edge of the memory card and release it.
