Add Systems
Add Systems allows you to add new systems to the pro-
grammed list of systems. When this feature is selected,
the phone will begin searching for all systems that are
available. To add one of the systems to your phones
memory, do the following:
 Press Ñ or Ô from the Standby screen to highlight
the SETTINGS menu.
 Press

to open the SETTINGS menu.
 Press Ñ or Ô until the System Select submenu is
highlighted.
 Press

to open the System Select submenu.
 Press Ñ or Ô until Add Systems is highlighted.
 Press

to select Add Systems.
 Press Ñ or Ô until the system that you want to add
to your phones memory is highlighted.
 Press

to add the highlighted system to your
phones memory.

Sounds Menu
The SOUNDS menu contains the following choices for
setting the different volumes and sounds for ringing,
keypad, earpiece, and handsfree kits.
Phone Silent
When Phone Silent is enabled, your phone does not
make any keypad or ringing sounds. The icon ( ) is
shown in the display when the phone is in silent mode.
The vibrator will continue to operate when Phone
