Notes
You can make notes and save them. You can also show a note in standby.
To add a note

Select Menu > Organiser > Notes.

Scroll to New note and select Add.

Write a note and select Save.
To show a note in standby

Select Menu >Organiser > Notes.

Scroll to a note and select Options > Show in standby.
To hide a note from standby

Select Menu > Organiser > Notes.

Scroll to the note shown in standby. This is marked with an icon. Select Options >
Hide in standby.
Tasks
You can add new tasks or reuse existing tasks.
To add a task

Select Menu > Organiser > Tasks.

Select New task and select Add.

Select an option.

Enter details and confirm each entry.
To set when reminders should sound

Select Menu > Organiser > Tasks.

Scroll to a task and select Options > Reminders.

Select an option.
A reminders option set in tasks affects a reminders option set in calendar.
Profiles
You can change settings such as the ring volume and vibrating alert to suit different
locations. You can reset all profiles to the phone’s original settings.
To select a profile

Select Menu > Settings > General > Profiles.

Select a profile.
To view and edit a profile

Select Menu > Settings > General > Profiles.

Scroll to a profile and select Options > View and edit.
You cannot rename the Normal profile.
Time and date
Time and date may be reset if the battery is removed.
To set the time

Select Menu > Settings > General > Time & date > Time.

Enter the time and select Save.
