Turning Bluetooth On and Off
By default, your device’s Bluetooth feature is turned off.
Turning Bluetooth on makes your phone “discoverable”by
other in-range Bluetooth devices. To make your phone visible
to other devices you must also ensure that your phone’s
visibility is not setto Hidden. (See page 156.)
To turn Bluetooth on:
1. Press >Settings > Bluetooth > On/Off.
2. SelectOnand press to enable Bluetooth.
To turn Bluetooth off:
1. Press >Settings > Bluetooth > On/Off.
2. SelectOffand press to disable Bluetooth.
Bluetooth Status Indicators
The following icons show your Bluetooth connection status at
a glance:

eatureis active. It turns to green when
connected to a Bluetooth device.

–Your phone is discoverable by another Bluetooth
device.
