For Windows NT/2000/XP
1. Open the Start menu, and click
Run... on this menu.
2. Type cmd in the text box that
appears and click OK. Then you
will see the command prompt
window.
Another way to open the
command prompt:
From Start menu, point to
Programs, select Accessories,
and then click Command Prompt.
3. Type ipconfig at the command
prompt window and press Enter to
view the computer’s IP information
from DHCP server.
