Pre-storage operations
1. Confirm that the printer is ready and press #.
The Maintenance menu will be displayed.
2. Use the d/u buttons to select Pre-Storage Maint. and press the Z button.
3. Select the target menu and press the Z button.
When not using spot color inks, Select All Nozzles.

3 weeks or more 8 All Nozzles (All colors)
Interval Cartridges Colors
1 month or more 4 All Nozzles (All colors)
Important:
After performing Pre-Storage Maint. for spot color ink only, you must charge spot color
ink if you want to change Pre-Storage Maint. to All Nozzles.
Important:
If the amount of remaining ink or cleaning fluid is insufficient, the function may not run. When
there is an insufficient amount remaining, have new cartridges on hand as a precaution.
