tap Tools and tap Options.
To create an appointment:

In the Day or Week view, tap the desired date and time for
the appointment.

Tap a field to select it, and enter a description and a location using the
input panel.

If necessary, tap the date and time to change them.

To see all available fields, tap the input panel icon to hide it. Enter the
remaining information, if necessary.
