Before requesting support, please try to reproduce
and isolate the problem. When you contact support,
be ready to provide the following information:
■ The name of your service provider
■ The actual error message or problem you are
experiencing
■ The steps you take to reproduce the problem
■ The Electronic Serial Number (ESN) and Part
Number (MCN) of the phone. The ESN usually
starts with a “B” and the MCN usually starts
with a "61-." You will find these numbers inside
the battery cover of your phone.
