Note: When sending e-mail, your device may display the words E-mail
message sent. This is an indication that the e-mail has been sent by your
device to the e-mail server. This is not an indication that the e-mail has
been received at the intended destination. For more details about e-mail
services, check with your service provider.
Download e-mail messages
1. To download e-mail that has been sent to your e-mail account, select Menu>
Messages > E-mail > Retrieve.
To download new e-mail and send e-mail that has been saved in the Outbox
folder, select Menu> Messages > E-mail. Select Options> Retrieve e-mails.
The device connects to the e-mail service and downloads the messages to the
Inbox folder.
2. Press Select to read the new message immediately or Back to read it later.
Read the message later
From the menus, select Messages > E-mail > Inbox and the message you want to
read. An unread e-mail message is indicated by .
