2 Use the arrow keys to scroll to the data type you want to remove from the
selection and press Toggle.
3 Press OK to close the window.
You can go through the rest of the settings in the similar way.
Modified — allows you to search for files or documents which have been
created at a certain time or within a certain time limit. The available options
are: Any time, Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last month, Tomorrow, Next week,
Next month, and Other. Other lets you define your own time limit. Fill in the
from and to fields.

Note: To allow for the widest possible
search, the default setting is that all data
types are selected. To remove the
selection, press None. To return to the
default setting, press All.
Note: If the OK button is
dimmed, you have not chosen
any items. Select an item or
press All and then press OK.
Note: When you use Other, the date
format should be dd.mm.yy. Otherwise
the search result is not reliable. You can
change the date format in the System
application, select Settings, Preferences.
