2. In Add media bookmark, enter the URL address of the
audio stream. If an audio stream is playing, the dialog
provides its URL address.
3. From the available types of media streams, select
Internet radio, and select OK to save the channel.
The radio channel is added to Media player > Library >
Internet radio > Favorite radio stations.
To listen to a radio channel, in Library, select Internet radio
and the desired channel from the list, and tap .
To pause playback, tap . To stop listening, tap .
To adjust the volume, tap , and drag the slider with the
stylus. To close the volume control dialog, tap again.
You can also control the playback of radio channels using
the Internet radio applet on the home view of the device.
To activate the applet on the home view, select >
Select applets... > Internet radio.
File formats
The media player application supports M3U and PLS
playlist file formats. Some other playlists, such as ASX,
WAX, WMX, WPL, and WVX are supported only partially.
The supported audio file formats are: AAC, AMR, M4A,
MP2, MP3, RA, WAV, and WMA.
The supported network streamable audio formats are:
AAC, AMR, M4A, MP2, MP3, RA, and WAV. Streaming
performance depends on the bandwidth availability.
