2. If the battery is in the phone, lift it out.
3. Open the SIM holder, and slide the SIM into the holder, contact area face down. Close the holder,
and lock it into place.
4. Line up the battery contacts, and put the battery in.
5. Insert the second SIM into the SIM2 slot with the contact area face down. Push the SIM in until it
locks into place.
Tip: To remove the SIM, push the card in until it's released, then pull it out.
Tip: You can use 2G or 3G SIMs in both SIM1 and SIM2 slots. While 3G network is active on one
SIM, the other supports only 2G network.
Both SIM cards are available at the same time when the device is not being used, but while one SIM
card is active, for example, making a call, the other is unavailable.
6. Push the memory card into the memory card slot until it locks into place.
Tip: To remove the memory card, push it in until it's released, then pull it out.
Important: Do not remove the memory card when an app is using it. Doing so may damage the
memory card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
7. Replace the back cover.
8. To switch on, press and hold the power key.
Note: Switch the device off and disconnect the charger and any other device before removing
any covers. Avoid touching electronic components while changing any covers. Always store and
use the device with any covers attached.
