The Guarantee
The applicableperiod ofthe Europeanwide guaranteefor GSMis generally12 monthsfor themain
body and3 monthsfor therechargeable battery.With respectto aproduct usedin acountry other
than acountry ofpurchase, notwithstandingwhat isstated inthe conditionsbelow, thecustomer will
benefit, inthat countryof use,from theseguarantee periodsof, respectively,12 and3 months,if
these conditionsare morefavorable tohim thanthe localguarantee conditionsapplicable insuch
country ofuse.
Conditions of Guarantee
When requestingguarantee servicethe purchasershould presentthe warrantycard togetherwith
proof ofpurchase, toan authorizedservice centre.
The guaranteecovers breakdownsdue tomanufacturing ordesign faults;it doesnot applyto other
events suchas accidentaldamage, howevercaused, wearand tear,negligence, adjustment,
modification orrepair notauthorized byus.
Your soleand exclusiveremedy underthis guaranteeagainst usis therepair, orat ouroption the
replacement, ofthe product,or anydefective partor parts.No otherremedy, including,but not
limited to,incidental orconsequential damageor lossof whatsoevernature shallbe availableto the
purchaser.
