BlackBerry Management Studio known issues
You cannot manage users from the group membership screen. If you select users and try to perform an action, an error

In some circumstances, if you have a BlackBerry Administration Service pool set up and you open the BlackBerry Device
Service Administration Console from BlackBerry Management Studio, the BlackBerry Device Service Administration
Console accesses only the first instance of the BlackBerry Administration Service you installed, and not the pool. (DT
