A date that has a schedule associated is displayed with
an underline. If you select a date where a schedule has
already been created, its contents will be displayed.
Note: If you have created more than two schedules for
a day, you can scroll to the desired schedule by
pressing or .
The following options are available:
Add: allows you to add new contents. For details on
entering text, see page 42.
Delete: deletes the schedule.
Move: moves the schedule to a new date of your
choice.
Copy: copies the schedule to a new date of your choice.
Delete Day: deletes schedules on the date.
Alarm Menu 6-2
This option allows you to set the alarm to ring at a
specific time. You can set one or more alarms.
The following alarms are available.
Daily Alarm: the alarm rings everyday at the same
time.
Once Alarm: the alarm rings only once and is then
deactivated.
Weekly Alarm: the alarm rings every week on the
same day and at the same time.
Alarm Tone: allows you to select a specific tone for the
alarm ringer.
To create a new schedule, proceed as follows.
1. When a calendar screen appears, select the month
by using the volume key on the left side of the
phone, select the week by using or , and
select the day by using and . You can
also use the Go to date menu option to specify
the date.
Note:
If you want to cancel your selection in the
Calendar screen, press . The phone goes
back to the previous menu level.
2. When you press the OK soft key, you can select a
schedule type. Four types are available:
• Reminder: requires contents and the time.
• Call: requires a phone number and the time.
• Meeting: requires contents and the time.
• Birthday: requires a name and the time.
3. Enter the appropriate information, referring to
page 42 for further details on how to enter text if
necessary.
4. If you want to set an alarm on the scheduled date
and time, select Yes when the phone asks you to
set alarm and specify the alarm time.
If you select No, the phone just saves the
schedule and returns to idle mode.
