Enter text
ABC, T9, Number, and Symbol mode
You can enter text for some features, such as
Messages, Phonebook, or Calendar, using ABC mode,
T9 mode, Number mode, and Symbol mode.
Changing the text input mode
• Press the right soft key to change the text input
mode. ( : T9 mode, : ABC mode,
: Number mode, and : Symbol mode)
• Press and hold [ ] to switch to Symbol mode.
• To enter the other languages in the text input
mode, press <
Options
> and select
Language
select
.
Or, press and hold the right soft key and select the
language you want.
Using ABC mode
Press the appropriate key until the character you want
appears on the display.
