This menu stores text messages that you have received.
When you received a new message in Standby mode, new message is auto-
matically displayed on the screen so that you can read it immediately.
After disconnecting the call,
Select the key to enter Inbox menu.
Once you enter this menu, you can see the last received message. Scroll
to the desired message by using the or key.
Press the key to view the entire message.
While viewing a message, you can choose the following options, by pressing
the Option soft key:
Erase Msg. : Allows you to delete the selected message.
Reply Msg. : Allows you to send a reply message to the sender. Refer
to write new menu of Messages on page 44.
Forward Msg. : Allows you to forward the received message to other
party.
Move to UIM (Phone) : Allows you to move the selected message to
UIM or Phone.
Save NO. : Allows you to save the received number to the phonebook

Message
The SMS (Short Message Service) function is a network service and may
not be supported by your network. Messages can be sent by text or paging
message.
Your phone can store up to 50 messages in total. The RUIM card can store
up to 10 messages and the phone memory can store up to 50 messages
regardless of incoming and outgoing messages. If the message memory is
full, an error message is displayed and you cannot receive or store any new
messages. To store or receive messages, delete obsolete messages first.
To access the Messages menu, press the menu soft key and select
Messages menu.
Via this menu, you can write text messages of up to 160 alphanumeric
characters (or 70 characters in Russian).
Press the key to enter to the text msg. (or exist Main menu).
Edit msg. : Create the message as needed. For further details on how to
enter text, see page 67.
To : Enter the recipient number.
Send msg. : After completing the message, select the key.
