You are asked if you wish to set an alarm.
4. If you want an alarm to ring on the chosen day, press the
Yes
soft key.
Otherwise, press the No soft key.
5. If you pressed the
Yes
soft key, set the time for the alarm
and press the
OK
soft key.
You can also select the melody for the alarm by pressing the
Melody soft key.
6. When you use the 12-hour time format, select
AM
or
PM
and press the
OK
soft key.
Note:
The time format is preset to
12 Hours
by default. You can
change it in the
Time Format
menu option (
Menu 7.3.1
)
.
The color of the date on the calendar changes to green to
indicate that a memo exists.
Editing a Memo
1. To edit a memo, select the
Calendar
menu option.
2. Press the
Options
soft key.
3. Select the
Edit
menu option and edit the memo
appropriately.
Once you have finished editing the memo, press the OK soft
key. The following options are then available when you press
the Options soft key.
Alarm: allows you to set the alarm to ring on the chosen
day.
Delete: allows you to delete the memo.
Copy to: allows you to copy the memo to another date and/
or time.
Move to: allows you to change the date and/or time of the
memo.
