Turning off T9 Text Input Method
You can turn off T9 Text Input. This setting is valid for all
input of texts – not only for the text you are currently
writing. Turn off T9 Text Input by doing one of the
following:
• Pressing and holding .
•Scrolling to
Settings, Language, T9 Predictive,
On/Off.
•Pressing ,
Input Method, Multitap.

You can adjust the phone settings to suit your own
requirements.
Master reset
You can reset all the settings in the phone to the way they
were when you bought your phone by choosing
Settings,
Master Reset.
Resetting the phone
1Scroll to
Settings, Master Reset.
2 Select
Reset Settings or Reset All. Reset settings
changes your customizable settings (under the
Settings
menu) to the default values. Master Reset changes all of
your phone’s settings to the factory defaults that were
selected when you purchased your phone.
3 Enter the phonelock code (
0000 or the new code if you
have changed it).
Note!
If you change a setting which is included in a
profile, the active profile is also changed. See
“Profiles” on page 36.
