4. Press (End) or close the phone when you
are finished.
You can also place calls from your Sprint PCS Phone by
using Sprint PCS Voice Command

(page 171), speed
dialing numbers from your contacts list (page 33), and
using your Call Logs (page 79).
Dialing Options
When you enter numbers in standby mode, you will see a
variety of dialing options appear as softkeys on the phone’s
display screen.
To initiate an option, press the corresponding softkey
button.
ⅷ Options—add the entered number to an existing
contact; send a message to, or call the entered number.
ⅷ Save—enter a seven or ten digit number (phone
number and area code) and press Save to save the
phone number in your contacts list. (See “Saving a
Phone Number” on page 31.)
ⅷ Clear—clear any number entered one at a time. Press
and hold to clear all.
Tip:
To redial your last outgoing call, press twice.
When making calls off the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network,
always dial using 11 digits (1 + area code + phone number).
