Connectivity
Before you start
• Turn on Bluetooth to communicate with other
devices.
• Pair the Bluetooth devices with your phone that
you want to communicate with.
To turn Bluetooth on
} Settings } the Connectivity tab } Bluetooth
} Turn on.
Adding devices to your phone
Enter a passcode to set up a secure link between
your phone and the device. Enter the same
passcode on the device when prompted. Devices
with no user interface, such as a handsfree, will
have a pre-defined passcode. Consult the device
user guide for more information.
To add a device to your phone
1 } Settings } the Connectivity tab } Bluetooth
} My devices } New device to search for
available devices.
2 Select a device from the list.
3 Enter a passcode, if required.
To organize your list of devices

Power save
Turn on to reduce power consumption by
optimizing your phone for use with a single
Bluetooth device. Turn off to connect with several
Bluetooth devices at the same time.
To save power
} Settings } the Connectivity tab } Bluetooth
} Powersave } On.
Phone name
Enter a name for your phone to be shown to other
devices when found.
Please check if local laws or regulations restrict the
use of Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is not allowed, you must
ensure that the Bluetooth function is turned off. The
maximum allowed Bluetooth radio output power in the
phone is automatically adjusted according to possible
local restrictions. This means that the range may vary.
Make sure that the device you want to add has
Bluetooth activated and visible.
