Power Save Mode

1. Press >Settings > Display > Power Save Mode.
2. Amessage appears. Press to continue.
3. Select On. (Select Off to deactivate this feature.)
Sleep Mode
This feature helps conserve yourbattery powerby
turning off the display aftera specified time.
1. Press >Settings > Display > Main Screen >
Sleep Mode.
2. Highlight a time interval before the phone goes into
sleep mode and press . (Select Off to deactivate
this feature.)
Display Language
You can choose to display yourphone’s onscreen
menus in English orin Spanish.
1. Press >Settings > Display > Language.
2. Select English orEspañol.
Messaging Settings
Yourphone’s advanced messaging capabilities let you
send and receive many different kinds of messages
without placing a voice call.
Messaging settings allow you to decide how yourphone
notifies you of new messages, create a signature with
each sent message, and create yourown preset
messages.
Setting Message Notification
When you receive a message, yourphone notifies you
by displaying an icon on yourdisplay screen. You can
also choose to be notified with a message notification
on yourdisplay screen.
1. From standby mode, press MESSAGES (leftsoftkey)>
Settings > Notification.
2. Select Msgs and Icon orIcon Only.
