Adding a To Do List Item to the Calendar
Yourphone can store and manage up to 40 To Do list
items.
1. Press >Tools > Calendar.
2. Highlight a day to which you would like to add a To
Do list item and press OPTIONS (right softkey).
3. Press the navigation key right and select Add To Do.
4. Entera description and press .
5. Select a category forthe item by highlighting the
category field and pressing .
6. Select a priority forthe item by highlighting the
priority field and pressing .
7. Select a time and date forthe item by highlighting
the time and date field and pressing .
8. Select a status forthe item by highlighting the
status field and pressing . When you add an item,
set it to Needs Action.
9. Press SAVE (left softkey).
CalendarAlerts
If you have a scheduled event orcall reminderon the
Calendar, yourphone alerts you by a ringing orvibrating
alarm and displays a summary of the scheduled event
orcall reminder.
To respond to the alarm:

Press any key (except , , and the right softkey)to
stop the ringerand vibration and start snooze mode.
ⅷ
Press EXIT (right softkey), , or to clearthe alarm.
ⅷ
Press to dial the phone number(fora call
reminder).
Note
Depending on the PowerOn to Alertsetting, the
alarm setting will be active even if the phone is turned
off. (See “Setting PowerOn to Alert”on page 47.)

Calendar >OPTIONS
(right softkey) >Settings >
Alarm
toset the ringer length and snooze options.
